A real week at OrynticLabs, in the words of the people who actually live it.
There's no glamour department here. A typical week looks like heads-down building, two or three demos, a handful of customer calls, and a Friday town-hall. Here's what we actually offer beyond the work itself.
Monday is planning - squad goals, blockers, what is shipping. Tuesday-Thursday is build days with minimal meetings. Friday is demo + a one-hour all-hands. Saturday and Sunday are yours; we mean it.
Rewa HQ. Remote-friendly across India and EU timezones. In-office 2 days/week when on a delivery squad.
Self + spouse + 2 kids + 2 parents. Mental health sessions through MindPeers.
Real days off the project to learn something - courses, books, side projects. Reimbursed.
M-series Mac or your choice. Monitor, chair and peripherals on us.
Whole team gathers in person every quarter. Past locations: Goa, Pondicherry, Munnar.
Demo + town hall ends by 1pm. Lunch on us, then your weekend starts.
Our Rewa HQ is at Ward 14, Main Stand, Mangawan - with collaboration space for squad standups and focused build days. One office, one team, one accountable studio.
Every client launch ends with a Slack post in the #wins channel - the metric moved, the team who shipped it, and the artifact (a tweet from the founder, a screenshot of the dashboard, a kind email). Quarterly we pick the top three and the whole company sits down to a long lunch. The founders pick up the tab. The credit always goes to the squad.
